The Company was established in 1986 in the name of “Spark” a proprietary company engaged in Interfacing, CNC Programming, EPROM programming and other CNC techniques.

The Managing Directory of the Company Mr. Pankaj K Shah has received a prestigious national award “Udyog Rattan” (Award for Technology innovation and industrial excellence) from the President of India in 1989.

Company ventured into ERP software in 1990 constituting of Sales, Purchase, Financial Accounting, Inventory Control, Quality, Product Planning & Control, Process control, Asset Management & Correspondence Management.

In 1995 the Company Developed an advance windows and web based ERP software with all advance features like Lead Management, Sales, Purchase, Financial Accounting, Inventory Control, Customer feedback, Quality, Product Planning & Control, Process control, Asset Management, Documents Management, Ware Housing & Correspondence Management.

In 1999 Spark amalgamated and merged as Dewsoft Solutions – a 100% software company formed as a partnership company.

In 2001 Dewsoft Solutions was transformed to a Private Limited company i. e. ‘Dewsoft solutions Private Limited’ registered with the Registrar of Company, Government of India.
